Stay The Course (5)

16991772_297125420704178_6856201254414146287_oSaints,

Some people don’t have time to listen to the Word. They enjoy the worship and not the preaching.

¶¶Luke 5:17 (KJV) says, “And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them”.

The power of God present inside a meeting doesn’t look like it was there until somebody responds with a corresponding faith.

To activate and use electric power, you have to plug a device into it. In an atmosphere of his power, you need to plug in with your faith. To get a miracle, you must take away your eyes from your circumstances. When you come for a meeting, don’t look for physical pointers to know if the presence of God was there.

¶¶Acts 2:1-2 (KJV) says, “1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting”.

When God comes into a place He comes with His extraordinary power through the Holy Spirit. ¶¶Acts 2:3-4 (KJV) says, “3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance”.

When God wants to do anything in your life, He gives you His Spirit and His Word. God doesn’t want you sick. He will do anything and everything possible to make you well. Some Christians go through challenges in their job and marriage that they asked themselves what did they do wrong. It’s not because of what they did wrong, it is for the glory of God.

That there are challenges doesn’t mean that there are no solutions. It doesn’t matter how hopeless your situation is, it doesn’t matter if it looks like there is no answer, there is a solution. There are hopeless situations to people such that they do not have faith for healing anymore. There are times that the challenges are so much and some people will say to you, “don’t raise my hope”.

Three angels had visited Abraham and one of them was the Lord himself.

¶¶Genesis 18:9-14 (KJV) says, “9 And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. 10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. 12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? 13 And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? 14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son”.

Is there anything that is too hard for the Lord? Are you from a family where kidney problem runs through the whole family? They are demonic and they need casting out.

When you are dealing with the Lord, don’t look at how many years you have been in that condition. The things that are seen are temporal. There is nothing too hard for God. It doesn’t matter how bad your condition is, anything is possible. When you come to God, you need to be able to meet Him at your point of your faith. You need faith to be able to walk with Him. And never forget that God is looking for an opportunity to help you.

¶¶2 Chronicles 16:9 (NLT) says, “The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.”

It doesn’t matter how long you have tried, God is able to do anything for you. He asked, Is there anything to difficult for me? If things don’t change for you, it’s because of the things you didn’t know.

¶¶Mark 9:21-24 (KJV) says, “21 And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. 22 And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us. 23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. 24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief”.

What does it mean to believe. You need to know the authority of the person talking to you. Then their is an action of faith required on your path. An angel approached Mary and said to her you will give birth to Jesus when the Spirit of God overshadows you. Mary believed.

You might have done all that you thought you knew. What if you take a step of faith today? You only need to believe! There is a time not to talk but too ask. Moses had to act before the Red Sea rather than talking. Never be satisfied with your situation. Hannah found herself in a bad situation and she refused to accept her condition as her final bus stop (1 Samuel 1:1-17).

Is it possible that there is hope? Why do people give up easily? It is because of lack of faith. You must learn to have faith in God, the God kind of faith. Don’t wait to see it with your five senses. See with the eyes of your Spirit – Mark 11:13-14, 20-24 (KJV).

It doesn’t matter the situation you are in right now, believe that a change has come as you pray. No matter what you have been facing, you are here, the gospel is the answer. Today, you need to change your address in the realm of the spirit. Stop comparing your life with those of other Christians who are passing through challenges.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

Stop Looking For Good Jobs

blogger-image-1240243617Saints,

Riches come from God. There are those that say, watch out for those that are rich to know if their riches are from the devil. Riches doesn’t come from the devil.

¶¶Isaiah 1:19 (TLB) says, “If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich!”

God has the ability to fulfill His Word. He said, “I will make make rich”.

¶¶Psalms 112:1-3 (KJV) says, “1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments. 2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever”.

Your circumstances should not change the condition of your Spirit such that you can’t help yourself or help others. God’s riches has nothing to do with where you live or in which Nation you are.

Wealth, riches and righteousness are linked together so it’s not true that when you are rich you cannot be righteous. Always be aware that God wants His children to be rich. Your observation of many Christians may not say so. There is a difference between someone who has been rich and in that condition gave his life to Christ and the other guy through the principles of the Word of God become rich. That is because God wants it to happen that way and that’s the reality.

There are many Christians around the world who have never been thought accurately on how to apply the Word of God. Those who doesn’t want to be rich should know that they have the ability to become rich and to be able to help others become rich. Your circumstances should not change the condition of your Spirit such that you can’t help yourself or help others. God’s riches has nothing to do with where you live or in which Nation you are. God has said it is your Year of Increase in Fortunes.

¶¶Amos 3:7 (AMP) says, “Surely the Lord God will do nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets”.

Why does God tell us what he wants us to do at the beginning of the year. It’s so that we can have faith for it, prepare for it and be able to fulfill His will, His plans and purposes fulfilled in our lives. God gives riches and wealth. ¶¶Ecclesiastes 5:19 (KJV) says, “Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God”.

When God gave Solomon wisdom, God didn’t give him riches because he was magnanimous but because riches and wealth cannot be separated from wisdom.

Solomon never asked God for riches or wealth. He only asked for wisdom.
¶¶2 Chronicles 1:11-12 (KJV) says, “11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king: 12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like”.

God granted Solomon’s request but added riches and wealth to it. David understood this, he had a sense of this. ¶¶1 Chronicles 29:10-12 (KJV) says, “10 Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever. 11 Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. 12 Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all”.

Hallelujah! Glory to God! David said riches and honor comes from God and it is in His power to give strength.

¶¶Ecclesiastes 6:1-2 (KJV) says, “1 There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is common among men: 2 A man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desireth, yet God giveth him not power to eat thereof, but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease”.

Why should a man have a large company, have thousands of workers, the banks are using his money to do business and building more branches but the man himself doesn’t have good health to enjoy it? The word says it’s vanity and an evil disease that is common among men to various degrees. Many people do things because that is the normal thing to do. How many of you before you put money into the bank ask God what to do with the money?

Stop looking for good jobs. What you need is to go into a job and give something to humanity.

¶¶John 3:8 (KJV) says, “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit”.

¶¶Psalms 71:7 (KJV) says, “I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge”.

Learn to listen to the Holy Spirit. How did Solomon knows what to ask God? Solomon was the wisest man that ever lived before Jesus. He wrote a book and showed us why he thinks differently.

¶¶Proverbs 4:1-3 (KJV) says, “1 Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding. 2 For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law. 3 For I was my father’s son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother”.

He was raised as the heir apparent. David anointed him king even when his elder brother Adonaika proclaimed himself king.

¶¶Proverbs 4:4-7 (KJV) says, “4 He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live. 5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding”.

This is why Solomon asked God for wisdom. His father taught him. What you need for that business is not money but wisdom. God is the one who gives riches, wealth and honour. He gave it to Abraham and his seeds. When God gave Solomon wisdom, God didn’t give him riches because he was magnanimous but because riches and wealth cannot be separated from wisdom.

It doesn’t matter if you are cleaning a window, the law of prosperity is at work in you. Your salary is not your blessing.

¶¶Galatians 3:19-29 (TLB) says, “19 Well then, why were the laws given? They were added after the promise was given, to show men how guilty they are of breaking God’s laws. But this system of law was to last only until the coming of Christ, the Child to whom God’s promise was made. (And there is this further difference. God gave his laws to angels to give to Moses, who then gave them to the people; 20 but when God gave his promise to Abraham, he did it by himself alone, without angels or Moses as go-betweens.) 21 Well then, are God’s laws and God’s promises against each other? Of course not! If we could be saved by his laws, then God would not have had to give us a different way to get out of the grip of sin– 22 for the Scriptures insist we are all its prisoners. The only way out is through faith in Jesus Christ; the way of escape is open to all who believe him. 23 Until Christ came we were guarded by the law, kept in protective custody, so to speak, until we could believe in the coming Savior. 24 Let me put it another way. The Jewish laws were our teacher and guide until Christ came to give us right standing with God through our faith. 25 But now that Christ has come, we don’t need those laws any longer to guard us and lead us to him. 26 For now we are all children of God through faith in Jesus Christ, 27 and we who have been baptized into union with Christ are enveloped by him. 28 We are no longer Jews or Greeks or slaves or free men or even merely men or women, but we are all the same–we are Christians; we are one in Christ Jesus. 29 And now that we are Christ’s we are the true descendants of Abraham, and all of God’s promises to him belong to us”.

Christ inherited all the blessings of Abraham and if you belong to Christ, you are Abraham seed.

¶¶1 Corinthians 1:30 (KJV) says, “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”.

Blessed is the man that fears the LORD. God doesn’t need to make you rich. He doesn’t need to give you power to get wealth. It’s useless to start asking God to make you rich now because you were born the very heir of all riches. The power to get wealth was given to you. You were born with an authority and with all that you need. What you need now is to use the Word of God to chart the course of your life. Stop looking for good jobs. What you need is to go into a job and give something to humanity. Stop putting your hope in your job. It doesn’t matter if you are cleaning a window, the law of prosperity is at work in you. Your salary is not your blessing.

Kingdom Economy

wp-1482877996445.pngDearly Beloved,

There are seasons in the realm of the Spirit. Jesus said in ¶¶Matthew 6:19-21 (KJV), “19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also”.

God is telling us to prioritize where we put our treasures. The only way to do that is through our partnership. There are currencies you spend here and there currencies that you can’t spend here. That’s the same way it is in the realm of the Spirit. In the realm of the Spirit you can’t spend your physical cash. You need a voice to speak for you in the realm of the spirit and the only things that can do that for you are those things that are connected to your partnership.

There is a heavenly account and a heavenly currency. There is an evil day when the devil shows up. When challenges shows up and you don’t have money in your account, you won’t be able to do anything. Jesus didn’t say in ¶¶Matthew 6:19 (KJV), “lay up treasures for your Pastors” but that you should “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal”.

Never let your physical account be more than your spiritual account. You must have money – it’s very important. God doesn’t want you to talk apologetically. Who feeds the birds of the air? God! Jesus said in ¶¶Matthew 10:29 (KJV), “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father”.

¶¶Matthew 6:26 (KJV) says, “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”.

Stop looking for your house rent. Stop having sleepless night because of money.

Have the consciousness of who you are. Knowledge is very important. What do you know? Who are you? Ask yourself who am I? I dominate in this world. I have overcome the economy and the economics of my Nation. The Oba of Benin doesn’t bother to find out the price of food stuffs in his palace, I shouldn’t be bothered myself.

I’m a king. ¶¶Romans 5:17 (KJV) says, “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”.

I have a heavenly account! I make withdrawals from it without looking at the economy of the nation. Never shake when you look at your account balance. You too blessed! ¶¶Job 22:29 (KJV) says, “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person”.

Stop looking for your house rent. Stop having sleepless night because of money. ¶¶2 Peter 1:3 (KJV) says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue”.

If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich! – God.

Don’t become ignorant of who you are. ¶¶Hosea 4:6 (KJV) says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children”.

You can be a cleaner but because of your knowledge you can have more money and enjoying your money more than the manager in your office. When you give you are not giving to a man but to God. You can’t give and become broke. God said in ¶¶Isaiah 1:19 (TLB), “If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich!”

Will you allow God to help you? Riches and honour comes from God and not from your hard labour. Don’t become apologetic about money. ¶¶1 Chronicles 29:12 (KJV) says, “Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all”.

Say this…
I will always have money, even now!
Money is a slave to me!
I will never be broke again!

There are financial laws – tithes, offerings and first fruits. That you are doing all that doesn’t mean you will prosper. Your prosperity outside your tithe comes from your right thinking. ¶¶Proverbs 23:7 (KJV) says, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee”.

When you give, talk! It’s your month of glorious fortunes and increase. When a message on finances comes to you, don’t reason it with your head but with your spirit. You are a child of God! You don’t have to cry or beg for God to do anything for you. Stop saying you are the only bread-winner in your house.

If you can have faith to build your own personal house, then you can have faith to do anything for God.

The Living Bible Version of Ecclesiastes 6:1-2 (TLB) says, “1 Yes, but there is a very serious evil which I have seen everywhere–2 God has given to some men very great wealth and honor so that they can have everything they want, but he doesn’t give them the health to enjoy it, and they die and others get it all! This is absurd, a hollow mockery, and a serious fault”.

There are people who work so much, they work so hard but they can’t enjoy it. It’s a gift from God for you to be able to enjoy your wealth. Don’t be like that man who have a large corporation, with thousands of employees and the banks are using his money to open more branches but he can’t enjoy it because of disease. For every money that comes to you, God must have a voice over it. God wants you to use the money in your hands for the spread of the gospel. If you can have faith to build your own personal house, then you can have faith to do anything for God.

Remain blessed!

In Him,

16991772_297125420704178_6856201254414146287_oBrethren,

What matters in this world is what is important to Jesus. Nothing else is important (John 4:1-42). The Bible calls Him the son of righteousness.

What is the center of your joy. What makes you feel happy? When Jesus was passing, he saw that Samaria was ready. Many times we look at our inadequacies and ask if we can actually do anything for God. If God has sent His son to die for you then everything you need has already been provided.

¶¶Romans 5:8 (KJV) says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us”.

Your life is worth living, live it well.

Benny Hinn was always stammering as a young child but today he is doing awesome things. God doesn’t need a troop to win a war. All he need is just one man that will say YES to Him. There is a night of your life when you can no longer work. You have the opportunity now, use it. Jesus said in ¶¶John 9:4 (KJV), “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work”.

As the day is breaking, you are not getting younger. Yesterday you are 20 years but just now you are 28. If you don’t measure what you do with your life everyday, you will soon find out that you are wasting your time. Your life is worth living, live it well. How much impact you are making is the quality of life you have lived. What will your testimony be after 20 years. What testimony will you have? Stay the course and on purpose!

In Him,

Fervency of Prayer

wp-1488755228402.pngDear Fellow Workers,

¶¶Ecclesiastes 11:3 (KJV) says, “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be”.

Physically the clouds have to be full through evaporation but spirituality that can only happen through prayers.

¶¶Luke 18:1-5 (KJV) says, “1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: 3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me”.

The woman didn’t carry a gun but she was only persistent. That’s why ¶¶James 5:16 (KJV) says, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much”.

The reason why you are where you are is to establish spiritual communities. Don’t just seat in the crowd and say you want to make heaven. Life is about influence, it’s about impact.

Don’t become weary in prayers. Don’t faint, don’t get tired! We must pray for people. You must take your prayers more than a dialogue. Your prayers can be effective. When you pray you must be able to hear yourself. You should be able to know if something has changed. The more you pray, the more you will be propelled.

¶¶Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV) says, “13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus”.

May God open your eyes to see the hopelessness of people. May God help you to know how to pray.

How many people have you been able to influence in your world? The reason why you are where you are is to establish spiritual communities. Don’t just seat in the crowd and say you want to make heaven. Life is about influence, it’s about impact. You might not be able to connect with what God is doing except through the place of prayer.

¶¶Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) says, “19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen”.

May God open your eyes to see the hopelessness of people. May God help you to know how to pray.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

16991772_297125420704178_6856201254414146287_oHoly Saints,

When God gives His Word and we hear it, the onus is on us to make the Word come to pass. As Christians, we can hasten prophesy. We can bring the Word of God to pass.

¶¶Isaiah 55:11 (KJV) says, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it”.

In the Word there are SPIRITUAL TRUTHS and there are PROMISES. There is the PRESENT TENSE and the PAST TENSE of God’s word. You do not try to be a man if you are already a man. When we call Bro. Timothy by his name, he doesn’t answer the call because he is trying to be a brother – he is a brother already. This is however different from somebody who went to the University to study Law and who now addresses himself as a Barrister .

When you study the Bible how do you see God’s Word? Whatever happens to you in life has so much do with your response to the Word of God. God gave us His Word and gave us the Holy Spirit.

¶¶1 Corinthians 2:12 (KJV) says, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God”.

The difference from where you are now and from where you want to be is the application of knowledge. You suffer because you don’t know all that has been given to you.

¶¶Hosea 4:6 (KJV) says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children”.

You must never forget that there are spiritual truths that area known to demons and angels.

¶¶1 John 3:1-2 (KJV) says, “1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is”.

This is a spiritual truth! So, stop defining and relating with those who work in Chevron with so much respect and defining yourself as a man or woman with no job.

¶¶Ephesians 1:3 (KJV) says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”

There is so much in you that you need to develop and bring out. Refuse to be defined by your job, your car or the house you live in. You are the son of God and you have been called to inherit a blessing.

¶¶Colossians 1:12 (KJV) says, “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:”

The Word of God doesn’t work for you as a matter of luck. It works for you because you know who you are. It pays to know who you are. Until then you will always remain a victim in life. It was when the prodigal son realized who he was (when he “came to himself” – Luke 15:17) that things changed for him.

Let’s look at the account of the prodigal son:

¶¶Luke 15:11-12 (AMP) says, “11 And He said, There was a certain man who had two sons; 12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the part of the property that falls [to me]. And he divided the estate between them”.

The father was a wealthy man and we are told that he divided that his ESTATES into two equal parts.

¶¶Luke 15:13-32 (KJV) says, “13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. 14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. 15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. 17 And WHEN HE CAME TO HIMSELF, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, 19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. 21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. 22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: 23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: 24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. 25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing. 26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound. 28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him. 29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: 30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. 31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine. 32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found”.

Let us take a closer look at the verses to help us understand why it’s very important that we know who we are. We are told in verse 16 that “no man gave unto him”. Why? He spent all he had on himself alone and that was why no man gave unto him. When things became so bad for him, we are told in verse 17 that he came back to his senses. He remembered who he was. The scripture says, “And WHEN HE CAME TO HIMSELF, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!” It dawn on him that he is still a prince irrespective of his circumstances.

When he came to His senses, he took a step – he went back home. Verse 20 days, “And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him”. Why did his father received him back with so much compassion? He did because all these while that he was away, his father’s heart went after him. That’s the same with God too. He cares for us. It doesn’t matter what we have done, His heart is always after us.

Jesus asked in ¶¶Luke 15:4 (KJV), “What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?”

Now see what happened next after his father received him home… In verse 22 to 24, the father organised a big welcome party for him using the biggest Ram available. While doing that he gave him a robe and put a ring in his fingers because he wasn’t looking like the Prince he was when he got back home. While the prodigal son had awaken to the realization of who he was, the brother didn’t as accounted in verses 25 to 28. The brother was angry with His father for the lavish party and complaining that he has never received such. The father’s response shows us that even though all that was left of his father’s estate belongs to him, he wasn’t aware of it. He was complaining in the midst of plenty. You must know who you are. Begging is not your portion. You are a prince with God.

¶¶Psalms 50:10-12 (KJV) says, “10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. 11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. 12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fullness thereof”.

¶¶Romans 8:16-17 (KJV) says, “16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together”.

Hallelujah! Glorious fortunes and increase are yours. You need to come into your senses and know who you are. Stop begging for contracts. Stop begging for jobs. When you are praying, pray differently! Pray with understanding and not with beggarly attitude. Stop allowing people to describe you with your job or with your car. You are born a royalty. You are Abraham seed.

Abraham carried the THING. He carried the blessing. Abraham knew that he was a God made man. He was like an electric cable. If you come against him, the anointing upon him will shock you. If you connect to him, it will benefit you. Isaac said to Jacob in ¶¶Genesis 27:29 (KJV), “Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee”.

Say this…
I refuse to be a pauper.
I know who I am.
I can’t fail.
I can never be poor in life.
I know who I am.
I have glorious fortunes and increase.

In Jesus Name, Amen!

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

Stay The Course (2)

16991772_297125420704178_6856201254414146287_oDearly Beloved,

Have you observed that there are very many people who when they have a problem, they blame it on others? I have been in a counseling session with a lady where I was blamed for her problems. It was after I was through with her that she realized that her problem was spiritual and not physical.

It’s a beautiful day to be alive and it’s your responsibility to make sure that you enjoy your life and live it to its fullest. Say this… “I refuse to let my life to be wasted. I am enjoying every bit of it”. You will enjoy it in everything that you do. When you serve Him with your life, He will perfect all that concerns you. It’s our month of expansion. I don’t know what you have done with it but EVERY TIME THE WORD OF GOD COMES TO YOU, YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO ACT ON IT.

¶¶Isaiah 55:10-11 (KJV) says, “10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it”.

¶¶Psalms 107:17-20 (KJV) says, “17 Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted. 18 Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death. 19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses. 20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions”.

God is telling us here what happens when he sends His Word. This is telling us of His character when He send His Word. It’s like a dynamo. It goes ahead to do what it is sent to do. There is something you have to do when you hear God’s Word. How come it is not everybody that hears the Word of God responds to it? How do you respond to God’s Word? Paul was preaching at Lystra and he looked up to a man said you have faith to heal. ¶¶Acts 14:8-10 (KJV) says, “8 And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: 9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, 10 Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked”.

¶¶Hebrews 2:1 (KJV) says, “Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip” .

Every time God speaks to you, you must guard it jealously. Have you sat down to mediate on the Word EXPANSION? You must be conscious of what you give attention to. Why must a woman give so much attention to what her neighbors are saying and allowing them to influence her but she doesn’t pay any attention to what her Pastor is saying? A doctor can give a report and your pastor gives a message or word over the same issue and you will have different results because of the one you decided to act upon. EVERY TIME GOD SPEAKS, HIS WORD IS ON A MISSION IN YOUR LIFE. If God says this month is your month of expansion, you cannot do otherwise but to expand. YOU MUST EXPAND OR EXPAND. ¶¶Hebrews 2:1 (KJV) says, “Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip” .

Today you are driving your own car but there was a time you were hopping from taxi to taxi. There was a time you were living in a single room but today you have your own house. That’s expansion. Your didn’t know how beautiful your new life and status is until you expanded. You must expand this month. There are challenges you face today that doesn’t bother you anymore because of the level you have attained in life. There are things that use to put pressure on you but as you expand in your mind you are no longer bothered again. If you are here and you are still moved with the challenge of buying fuel or recharging your phone, stop it. You must expand. Why is your temperature rising because of your school fees? If you allow your mind to expand, you will see your life differently.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF LIFE CAME TO WEIGH YOU DOWN BUT NEVER BE MOVED BY WHAT YOU SEE. YOU CAN ONLY STAND STRONG BECAUSE OF THE WORD OF GOD STANDING STRONG IN YOU.

When a quit notice comes to you, never be moved. Respond to your property agent by saying, “That’s nice. When is the deadline?”. You can’t push a man of God, you can’t push a child of God. Whatever challenges that comes to you is a temporary challenge. When the devil thinks he is pushing you, see it as an advantage. When you are given a termination letter in your office, don’t cry, don’t beg. It’s time to go and start your own business. It’s time for you to open your eyes. For you to expand, God needs your eyes. God said to Abraham as far as your eyes can see. Today, if you can see the land you can have the house.

Lot selected the best part of the Land but Abraham turned to God. ¶¶Genesis 13:8-15 (KJV) says, “8 And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren. 9 Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left. 10 And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar. 11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other. 12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. 13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly. 14 And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: 15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever”.

Sometimes things that seems to have prospects have hidden problems in it. We were told that, “Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom”. He wanted the city and not the assumed wasteland but it was a land and a city that was going to be destroyed. That’s why you should always allow God to help you in your decisions. There is a glory that comes to you every time you look into God’s Word. And as you do, what can you see? Can you see that car? Can you see that house? Can you see that husband or that wife? If you can see it, you will have it.

After God spoke to Abraham, it looked like nothing had changed. God said to him in ¶¶Genesis 13:16 (KJV), “And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered”.

Today we are the seed of Abraham. Abraham use his imaginative power and we can do the same. We can create what has never existed before. We can seat in our room and start speaking mysteries. As we do our spirit man will be awakened. What can you see? Do you see a bakery opening? Do you see that salon opening? Why are you wasting all your life looking for job when you can create one? ¶¶Ecclesiastes 9:11 (KJV) says, “… time and chance happeneth to them all”. Those with the best jobs are not the best qualified. ¶¶Psalms 75:6 (TLB) says, “For promotion and power come from nowhere on earth, but only from God. He promotes one and deposes another”.

When you go to an office for an interview and they are telling you sorry, it is not for you. There is no disadvantage for a child of God. Every disadvantage is an advantage for a child of God. There is no disadvantage to you for as long as you have the Holy Spirit.

¶¶Isaiah 54:2 (KJV) Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes”.

Expansion can not come through human agency except through the Holy Spirit. ¶¶Genesis 18:14 (KJV) says, Is any thing too hard for the LORD?”

STOP USING YOUR MIND TO LIMIT WHAT GOD CAN DO FOR YOU. IF YOU CAN AFFORD FAITH THEN YOU CAN AFFORD ANYTHING. YOUR FATHER DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A GOVERNOR, YOU CAN AFFORD FAITH.

Don’t be comfortable where you are now. ¶¶Isaiah 54:2 (TLB) says, “Enlarge your house; build on additions; spread out your home!”

As a leader become very strategic. You shouldn’t be coming to Church with just two people. You must do more. There is a potential locked inside you that needs to be unlocked. Your mind has to expand for you to become a CEO at age 25. There are some of you who are still living with people because of your mentality. You must change it! HAVE THE FAITH TO HAVE YOUR OWN APARTMENT. You might have been passing through the same area without knowing that a vacant house exist but when God opens a door, you will see it. If you will put your faith to work, the money you need will come. Tonight, you can change that accommodation. Get to that room and lift up your hands, open your mouth in prayers and say today is the last day. If the Bible is true, then borrowing and begging has come to an end in your life.

If you are sharing am apartment with anyone, today should be your last day. If you have suffered for too long, this is your month of expansion. Let it end today. Shame is removed from your life now. Stop borrowing from people – beginning from today. You should be the one giving to people. You should be that uncle and aunt that everyone is looking for.

WHEN GOD HONORS A MAN, YOU WILL HAVE AUTHORITY AND STOP LIVING AN APOLOGETIC LIFE. From today you will transport yourself from the realm of borrowing to the realm of abundance. You cannot preach expansion if it hasn’t worked for you. You must live out the word that you hear and preach. IN THE MOST DIFFICULT SITUATIONS, YOU’LL HEAR HIS VOICE TALKING TO YOU. You must put the Word of God to work in your life. God will open your eyes to see opportunities and to see expansion. Speak in tongues and thank Him. Blessed be God forever more. His anointing is positioning men and things to favor you because of this expansion.

As you hold unto His Word, your will see the changes that you need. You will expand. ¶¶Hebrews 2:1 (KJV) says, “Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the THINGS WHICH WE HAVE HEARD, lest at any time we should let them slip” .

Don’t think that your certificate cannot take you anywhere. Take your certificate tonight and prophecy over it. The Master prophesied over 5 loaves of bread and fed over 5,000 people. As you prophecy tonight, you will see that expansion. Give Him thanks now.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.
