You Never Know What Life Will Throw At You

Beloved of God,

If you are a wife or a husband, chances are you will have a misunderstanding with your spouse. If you are in a relationship, you are not exempted. If you work in an organisation, chances are there for you to receive emails that you will find offensive. It doesn’t matter where you are or what you do, you will always have issues to deal with. Jesus said in John 16:33 (NIV), “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

If you are in a blessed mess today or your relationship or marriage is in crisis or you are out of work or struggling to hold on to your current job or you are in a financial mess, don’t let yourself stay sad because of these issues. Take heart knowing that Jesus has overcome the world for you. You can be devastated but refuse to be destroyed.

The thing about life is that sometimes we just do not know what it will throw at us. That is why Jesus never said life would be easy, but He said it would be worth it according to  Matthew 7:13-14 (MSG). He said  13 “Don’t look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don’t fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. 14 The way to life-to God!-is vigorous and requires total attention”.

Life will throw many surprises at you but no matter what happens be patient, be calm, be strong and always have faith in the One who created life. If life throws shade at you, maybe it is time to make art with the colors. Just because you are willing to learn doesn’t mean life will not throw you an extra 2-3 lessons. Life will throw all kinds of challenges your way, when it does, take a deep breathe, step back, aim and swing but most importantly, hold the faith!

Ephesians 6:13 (NIV) says, “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand”.

It doesn’t matter if you you are experiencing your evil day right now but their is one for everyone. You must learn to let go and let your heart be filled with joy in whatever circumstances that you are in. When you look to the future, let your heart be filled with joy. When you celebrate your birthday, let your heart be filled with joy. Do not fear the unknown. It is with Gods great love for us that we are forgiven and redeemed.

Life is too short to worry about things you do not have control over. Learn to have fun. Regret nothing, and don’t let people bring you down. Just because they don’t like you doesn’t mean God won’t bless you. Walk with confidence, raise your head above, do not be afraid, God is watching over you so let your heart be filled with joy as He unleashes His glory and renews His mercy for you everyday.

Let go of the past. Don’t re-live it. Let your heart be filled with joy. Let your mind dwell on magnificence and beauty, and your life will blossom. Let your heart be filled with joy because there is more for you. This is not all that there is to your life. Life will throw so many unwanted things at you, but never let it distract you to loose focus. Focus on the goodness of God in your life rather than the dark patches you go through. Let your heart be filled with joy not sorrow. Today shouldn’t be the only day you show gratitude towards other people you love, constantly show them. Hang onto your loved ones tight. Remember to be thankful and surround yourself with loved ones. You never know what life will throw at you.

Expect great things today. Take note of every blessing large or small and let your heart be filled with joy! Life will throw you off track, but He welcomes you back even when you’ve been quiet towards Him. Let your heart be filled with joy and your actions be filled with purpose. Count your blessings. Seriously, you have no idea what life will throw at you.

It’s a new month and you may never know what life will throw at you. The good news is that no obstacle is too big for God! I pray He will meet you in this season of expectation! May He raise an angel to comfort you in Jesus Name. Stay the course today, endure with hope and be blessed in the Lord’s Grace.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

What Do You Need To Throw Away?

wp-image-129052919png.pngDearly Beloved of God,

Life is beautiful. Life is worth living. Life is good. Life is a journey. Life is spiritual. Life is a highway. Life, is whatever you make it but most importantly, life is strange.

Where you start out and where you end up may not be the same. In whatever street of life you find yourself, stay the course and be happy. Stay the course and run your own race. Your journey is your journey and there is no need to compete and compare. Everyone cannot go where God is taking you. As you go higher, some will leave willingly; others will be forced to leave, and those who remain were granted permission by God.

Your relationship or marital situations are not permanent. It’s either you care too much and get hurt or you care too little and lose hope. But the good news is that they are not there to defeat you. Those situations will eventually work together for your good. Stop crying, stop blaming everyone and most importantly, stop blaming yourself. Instead, cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous (you) to be shaken – Psalm 55:22.

When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen. If your marriage is in a mess, turn it into a message but don’t die doing it. If you can’t go on, rest. If things don’t add up, start subtracting. Some people and situations had to be left behind. They were holding you back. God removed them from your life to make room for BIGGER blessings!

When your love is not accepted, given no attention and being rejected, it’s time to move on. There is a difference between loyalty and slavery. To move forward in life, somethings from the past must be thrown away. You can never force a person to see what they’re not looking for. Save yourself the headache and move on with your life. Don’t allow yourself to be anyone’s second choice. Those in your life shouldn’t be your headache but your peace. Thank them for showing you how little you mean to them and move on.

Every storm runs out of rain. Every trial has an expiration date. So don’t you dare faint before your due season. Don’t miss your harvest by quitting BUT if you have to quit, try. And before you talk, listen. Before you react, think. Before you criticize, wait. BEFORE YOU MOVE ON, FORGIVE. Forgive and press on knowing that you can’t change how people feel about you, so don’t try. Just live your life and be happy. Don’t be jealous when they give someone the kind of attention you want from them. Don’t be happy on the outside but breaking apart on the inside. At times you may think everything is going to go “wrong” without realising that God is just setting everything “right”. So be grateful for the good times and keep the faith during the bad times. Stay positive when life gives you every reason to be negative.

I pray that the Lord, who gives peace, will always bless you with peace. May the Lord be with you – (2Th 3:16 CEV).

You aren’t pressed, your season is here. God is going to keep opening doors for you just to shut the enemy’s mouth. The mistakes of your past will not block the blessings of your future. Stay the course today, endure with hope and be blessed in the Lord’s Grace. Your season of restoration has begun – Joel 2:25.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

Expect A Turn Around

Dear Lord,
I thank You that every day is a new day and You have new things in store for us. We take the garment of joy and praise and we put it on today. Your favour is going before us and preparing a way.

I pray for you that’s  reading this. I pray that you will overcome every trial. You will be more than a conqueror. Things are changing and working together for your good. The perfect will of God, the complete plan of God will unfold in your life.

You aren’t pressed, your season is here. God is going to keep opening doors for you just to shut the enemy’s mouth. The mistakes of your past will not block the blessings of your future. You shall have victory over everything that rises against you in Jesus name.

Every divine helper that has been assigned by God in your life, may they begin to locate you this week in Jesus Mighty Name. May God’s presence abide with you, keep you from all evil and grant you victory on every side this weekend!

May God surprise you in these last days of November. May He do exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond what you may ask or hope for in Jesus Name! Stay strong knowing that God is about to surprise you with the oil of joy – Isaiah 43:19.

Today, something that has been draining you for years is about to dry up and lose power over your life. Expect a turn around in Jesus name! God knows the number of nights you’ve cried yourself to sleep. He may seem silent but be still, joy comes in the morning. He is already at work and He will come through.

The will and plan of God for you, every page, every chapter, every detail, every revelation, all the assignments, they will be. God is about to bless you in front of those who prayed for you to fail. I declare that you are free from those things that were holding you back!

The things that need to take place now by faith they’re coming to pass. Blessings are coming to you (Deut 28:1-14). It’s time in Jesus Name.

Put a praise on it!

Be Careful!

Dearly beloved of God,

On February 7th 2013, Russell Steinberg challenged Donald Trump with a tweet, “If you hate America so much, you should run for President and fix things”. This was the response from Donald Trump:

“Be careful!” is a very powerful word. Donald Trump is aware of that and he was elected the 45th President of America 3 years after he made that statement. There are powerful words and there are bad words but both are powerful. Even though Russel has deleted the tweet, be careful what you wish for, it may come true and “if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you  are not consumed by one another”  – Galatians 5:15 (AMP).

Today is another beautiful day. What do you want to see today or tomorrow? What do you want to see in 2017? What do you want to see in your future? This is the day and hour to start calling forth those things that be not as though they were. This is the time to start telling your fears, “be careful!”. This is the time to start prophesying into your future because Mark 11:23 says, you “shall have whatsoever you saith”.

We are told in Philippians 4:6 (KJV) to “Be careful for nothing” with a clause: “BUT in every thing…”, either in your prayer and supplication, through tweet, text messages, social media, blogs, in everything that has a name, you must be careful. You must be careful what you say and do. Words do not only describe reality. Words create reality.

  • Be careful, you can’t be friends with everyone. Not even your own family.
  • Be careful if you’re exposing people’s darkness. You have your own darkness to handle.
  • Be careful, we talk fast.
  • Be careful who you hurt, not everyone is replaceable
  • Salt and sugar look the same, be careful who you trust.
  • Be careful what you say. Girls remember everything.
  • Be careful who you trust, the devil was once an angel.
  • Be careful with your actions
  • Your space is sacred. Be careful who you let in.
  • Be careful with your words. Once they are said, they can only be forgiven, not forgotten.
  • Be careful who you associate with. Some people only want to be your friend to find out what you’ve got going on.
  • Be careful not all you call friends are truly friends. Mind who you tell your problems, some are happy you have problem.
  • Be careful who you open up to. Only a few people actually care, the rest just want to have something to gossip about.
  • Be careful who you hang out with. Your friends are a reflection of you.
  • Be careful daily, everything you feel doesn’t need to be said.
  • Be careful who you call ugly
  • Be careful of what you do. Your actions speak louder than words.
  • Be careful about what you watch, read, study, follow, meditate on. It matters. Where you look you will go. What you behold you will become.
  • Be careful out there. Instagram now tells you if someone takes a screenshot
  • Be careful you don’t hang around people who seem to always complain. They’ll mentally drag you down to their level of pessimism and complaints.
  • Be mindful of what you toss away. Be careful of what you push away and think hard before you walk away.
  • Be careful not to give your children things that can hurt them.
  • Be careful that your gift does not take you somewhere your character can’t keep you.
  • Ladies, be careful. Not every man loves you even when they say they do.
  • God sees people as His own treasures, so be careful how you treat them.
  • Be careful with what you call truth.
  • Be careful about rushing God’s timing – you never know who or what He is protecting you or saving you from.
  • Be careful who you give your heart to. Because when you give your heart to someone, you also give that person the power to hurt you.
  • Be careful who you open up to, not everyone is on the same level of thought as you are.
  • We are what our thoughts have made us; so be careful what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.
  • Be careful the gifts you receive and accept. Everything wrapped in a bow isn’t of value.
  • Be careful of your dreams, because your dreams can become nightmares.
  • Talent is God-given. Be humble and be careful.
  • Fame is man-given. Be thankful and be careful.
  • Conceit is self-given. Be careful
  • Be careful what you take for granted, someone else is waiting to appreciate it
  • Be careful what you bury. Some things grow big in time and can’t be uprooted.
  • Be careful what bridges you burn.
  • Live your life with no regrets, but be careful about the decisions you make and who you choose to trust.

Today, Donald Trump is the president elect of the United States of America and it doesn’t matter the country you are from, be careful who you vote for next time. With democracy, majority wins no matter how stupid they are. And, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! -1 Corinthians 10:12.

Be careful! Take your time. Reflection and consultation lead to better decisions.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

The Power of Tongues – Janet Reno vs Donald Trump

Janet Reno, the first woman to serve as U.S. attorney general and the epicenter of several political storms during the Clinton administration, has died. She was 78. She said Donald Trump will never be president in her lifetime. God answered her simple prayer. She died on November 7, 2016. Today, November 8, 2016, Donald Trump is the American president elect.

To those of you who wouldn’t watch what you say, be careful because “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” – Proverbs 18:21 (KJV). Never say never, Janet Reno did!

Interestingly, Donald Trump also did! He got what he said and wanted. He wanted to become the next US president, God answered his prayers. He was demonized by the corrupt media, the Washington insiders, the establishment machine and against insurmountable odds, sabotage from his own party, all in an attempt to stop him but against all odds, he became the American president elect at such a time as this and for a purpose. He has said terrible things but I am not his God to judge him. We both serve a God of mercy and God  can use anybody for His purpose.

One thing I want you to remember is that no matter what has come against you, no matter how unfair it was, things can and will shift in your favour if you can dare to say what you want to see because death and life are in the power of your tongues. Words are powerful and changes will take place. All the forces of darkness cannot stop what God has ordained.

If you are reading this and you an American, I want you to know that you will overcome every trial. You will be more than a conqueror. Things are changing and working together for your good. The perfect will of God, the complete plan of God will unfold in your life.

Be blessed in the Lord’s Grace.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.
