Better Days Are Coming

Dear Someone,

I want you to know that irrespective of what your circumstances may look like today, God is not surprised at the mess you made in your life. God is not surprised at our mistakes. God is not surprised at what is happening to you. God is not surprised at how long things may be taking. God is not surprised at your weaknesses. God is not surprised at the blessings you enjoy. God is not surprised at the things that have shaken your life. God is not surprised about the gossip and slander going on about you. God is not surprised at anything today.

No matter what you believe, no matter how far you have traveled in the wrong direction, mistakes will happen. Wrong choices will sometimes be commonplace. But God knew you were going there and already has a provision. Just ask for forgiveness and move on. God is not surprised at the things you do or say. He is not worried if things are going to turn out right for you. He is well aware of the difficulties created by gossip and slander. For every mistakes, flaws, and shortcomings, He has supplied the grace you need in advance. Today is a new day and God is not surprised at your infirmity. So quit whining about your weakness, quit living in fear, quit hiding your face from everyone, quit living with guilt and embrace the provision God has for you at the Cross.

God is not surprised at where you are today. You’ve been through it all but better days are coming and now is the time for you to shine. So stay strong! Help is on the way. God is about to surprise you with the oil of joy.

Isaiah 43:18-19 (NLT} says, “But forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do 19 For I am about to do a brand-new thing. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness for my people to come home. I will create rivers for them in the desert!”

If you are a single mom, stop comparing yourself to mothers around you, for God is not surprised at where you are in life! He knows all things and He knows you’re coming out of what you’re dealing with right now. If you are separated from your husband or wife and reconciliation seems to be far off, ask God to help you to move on rather than living in depression. Irrespective of what led to the separation, ALL THINGS work together. God is not surprised at where you are in your life today! Trust his plan and trust the process!

We all pass through challenges at different times in our lives but God is not surprised at our difficulties. Jesus said that in this world you will have tribulations, but be of good cheer because better days are coming (John 16:33). If God is at peace with you, then you can rest and be at peace with yourself. God is not surprised at your imperfections. God is not surprised at what you are going through. Don’t give up, Don’t give in, and Don’t give out. Stay the course knowing that God is not surprised at where you are today. You’ve been through it all but better days are coming and now is the time for you to shine. So stay strong and be blessed! Help is on the way. God is about to surprise you with the oil of joy.

In Him,
~Ali Papa.

Amen. He is faithful and dependable. We can TRUST HIM by His infallible word. Recall His word has been “WORKING” – fulfilling His “mighty Acts” before we were born.
