This letter is for you. You that think your situation will never change. You that think there is no hope for you. I want you to know that there’s hope for you. I want you to know that every storm runs out of rain and every trial has an expiration date. Don’t faint before your due season. Endure with hope in that situation and flight a good fight of faith.
Have you ever looked back at your past and said, “Thank You, God for coming to get me”? If you haven’t, get ready because help is coming your way. If help can come to Zimbabwe, it can come to your home, it can come to your job and it can come to your finances.
The unfolding event in the nation of Zimbabwe is a great reminder that every situation has an expiry date. Robert Gabriel Mugabe is a Zimbabwean revolutionary and politician who led his country as Prime Minister from 1980 to 1987 and as President from 1987 to 2017. For 37 years he ruled his country with iron fist. He brought hunger, poverty and destruction upon his country as a result of his actions. For 37 years, he was the president of a country where one in three children is stunted due to hunger, according to the UN. In a period of six weeks, over 20,000 Zimbabweans were killed as a result of political violence and at the orders of Robert Mugabe.
One day, you are going to wake up and be alright. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but one day. One day, God will turn things around for you again. One day, God is going to honor your obedience, faithfulness, sacrifice and perseverance.
For 37 years, Mugabe presided over a series of flawed and allegedly stolen elections; self-inflicted collapse of the economy and the displacement of millions of citizens driven out of the country by a combination of economic hardship and political violence. During these long period of hardship caused by this man, many people never expected that a day will come when they will see an end to his rule and terror. Many people forgot that there is an expiration date to every bad government, to every injustice and to every mess. On Tuesday, November 21st 2017, Mugabe resigned as Zimbabwe’s President after 37 years of autocratic rule, finally succumbing to the pressure of a military takeover and the humiliation of impeachment.
I don’t know the situation you might have found yourself today but I want you to know that you are not finished. Change and turns will come. God is turning things around. The enemy will no longer be able to hold back that which you have stood in faith for, not even the things that looked as though they would never come to pass.
Your relationship might have become a nightmare to you right now but it won’t be for long. If you ever need to take a break from people or from yourself, please do it! One day, you are going to wake up and be alright. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but one day. One day, God will turn things around for you again. One day, God is going to honor your obedience, faithfulness, sacrifice and perseverance.
You’ve kept the faith, and you have come too far to give up on God. Don’t ever think that God is not on your case or that he is not aware of your circumstances. He is! You are God’s favorite any day but being favored doesn’t mean you won’t be confronted with evil. Being favored doesn’t mean you won’t have evil men rule over you. It just means what was MEANT for evil will always work for your good. Things that looked like they would never turn, will turn in the right way in Jesus Name. God saw fit for you to live in these days, and His mercy and grace is sufficient. Do what you can. Don’t worry about what you can’t. Only believe and watch GOD do exceedingly, abundantly above all that you ask or think about.
Don’t be afraid of the mess around you. Don’t question God why things are not changing. He has seen the end of your situation already, and He is with you. Don’t tremble with fear. Jehovah is your God. He will make you strong. He will protect you with His arm. He will give you victories — Isaiah 41:10 (CEV).
Today, I bless you with His blessings. I pray and declare that may all that has been difficult for you become so simple for you in Jesus Name. Calling for those wrong things to be made right. May God restore that which the enemy tried to destroy — Joel 2:21-32. May your days of crying yourself to sleep come to an end in Jesus Name. I declare that the lines are falling unto you in pleasant places. Men will remember you for good and favor will never be far from you.
