This letter is for you. You that every time you let it sink in that you are never going to see him or her again, it feels like you are going to die. You that’s blaming yourself for putting them first in your life. You that from the first day you met them, they have become your addiction. You that’s looking for a shoulder to cry on. You that’s so broken and depressed you feel like killing yourself. You that held their hands through it all, but they don’t want to be held by you.
You that they left because they felt there was nothing left in you. You that fell in love on a secret path that didn’t lead to their heart but to a place of misery and silent hell. You that’s crying there to feel happy but you are not. You that their friendship with you has almost ruined your life. You that have become your own blanket and your blanket has become you. You that can’t tell your story without it making you cry. You that feels life is no longer beautiful but living is pain. This letter is for you!
You that think that may be his or her heart doesn’t have any space for you again. You that have come to realize that getting no message from the one you love is also a message. You that’s almost choking to death on the thought of them with someone else. You that’s thinking that age is not on your side. You that’s struggling to raise your child or children alone. This letter is for you!
You that may never have thought that you would ever amount to anything. This letter is for you!
You that may never have felt like you belonged somewhere even when you are in your house surrounded by family. You that may never have thought you had anything special in you that everyone else didn’t have. You that may never have thought that you would ever amount to anything. This letter is for you! Please love yourself like you are not waiting for someone else to do it. Forgive yourself and love yourself unconditionally. Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything and anyone that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy.
God has a blessing with your name on it. Rest and tell your heart to beat again. If you survived 2017, He will surely see you through a glorious 2018. God is beautiful for that situation (Psalms 48:2). He has never left us, and He has never failed us. He is mindful of you and you are about to be compensated for all your loses! Today, what was prayed for shall come to pass in Jesus Name!
