Dear Someone,

If you have ever felt inadequate to start a relationship like you didn’t belong. If you have ever struggled with self doubt, felt unworthy or unloved. If you have ever been told that you aren’t good enough because of your circumstances. If you have ever walked with your head down, believing no one sees you. If you have ever come to a point where you no longer wanted to be you – where you didn’t want to deal with yourself because you felt inadequate. If you have ever felt inadequate as a parent.
