Love Will Come

Dear Someone,

This letter is for you, you that is desperately seeking love and at the same time desperately avoiding it. You that is searching for a darker place to hide because you sometimes wish you were more than you are right now. You that’s finding it hard to love with a heart that’s hurting. You that’s hoping that you never have to say goodbye to the next person you fall in love with. You that’s desperately seeking for approvals and wherever it comes from. You that’s brutally broken and seeking for another chapter to your story. You that’s feeling hopelessly empty and lonely in that street of life that you have found yourself. This letter is for you!

I want to remind you today that God will never take anything away from you without the intention of replacing it with something better. Don’t go around begging him or her to want you, they won’t because they don’t have the capacity to. If you can’t give yourself the love you’re so desperately seeking to receive from other people, you will never find it. When you go out desperately seeking love, you will end up with nothing but stress, complaints, and sadness because some people will never fit into your life, no matter how much you want them to.

You might not see the sun right now but it doesn’t mean that it’s not shining somewhere else. Stop staring into that darkness reminiscing about what was and what will not — wait patiently for the dawn of your morning. Be thankful for those that chose you and those who didn’t. Sometimes, something good has to be subtracted from your life before something better can take its place. Stop seeking a significant other when Jesus is desperately begging you to seek Him first.

Today, rest in His love before another’s because when you fall in love with Him, everything else is just an addition. Psalms 31:24 (KJV) says you should “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD”. So BE BRAVE you that is searching for a darker place to hide because you sometimes wish you were more than you are right now — the door God is about to open is so much better than the one that is closed. BE STRONG you that’s brutally broken and seeking for another chapter to your story — the favor of God is available to you. All you have to do is put it on!!! DON’T GIVE UP, you that’s feeling hopelessly empty and lonely in that street of life that you have found yourself — expect God to get there soon. NEVER APOLOGIZE for being emotional and sensitive, you that is desperately seeking love and at the same time desperately avoiding it. Find yourself first and don’t forget be kind to yourself and to others — soulmates meet, for they have the same hiding place.

Thank you all for reading and until next time, let your unbroken praise go to Him today in that situation. May God give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed (Psalms 20:4). May these vistas of hope give you the assurance that YOU are enough and that God loves YOU exactly the way He created YOU.

In His Grip,
~Ali Papa.
