This letter is for you, you that’s gradually seeing yourself slipping into depression and anxiety but can’t do anything to stop it. You that is becoming pretty toxic, exhibiting self-sabotaging behaviours and hurt at every little thing thrown at you.
Life may not have gone as planned and sometimes hurts, but let your pain be an invitation to pray today. Let it cause the deep in you to reach into the deep in Him. Let your pain be an indicator that you are still alive to fight the good fight of faith another day. Let it be a reminder of what you’ve overcome. Let your pain bring to the surface the things you are holding onto that no longer serves you. Let your pain be a tool and not a weapon. Let it be a reminder that you have a God to run to. Let your pain be a means to get you back to Him. Let your pain be a bridge that invites God into your life to heal and comfort you. Let your pain be a platform for His grace. Don’t let your pain be an excuse to cause someone else pains. Don’t let it become a sorrowful echo. Don’t let your pain be a barrier that keeps you from God — let it be a pathway to the power of God.
If your relationship with the one you love feels like a burden to your soul or a hurdle to a better life right now, I want you to cheer up knowing that God is mindful of your relationships — you will find true love again. God is mindful of your struggles and lonely nights in that marriage but rest knowing that weeping may last for a night but joy is coming for you. God is mindful of your tears — He knows all about your struggles. God is mindful of your heartbeat not to stop functioning — He has seen your affliction. God is mindful of your situation — He has seen how unfair they have treated you. If your relationship hasn’t worked as planned, you have a whole life ahead of you, and a whole life to find your other half.
Things may seem hopeless for you right now but God thrives in our hopeless situations. He is mindful of your most utter needs — He has seen how far you have come. He is mindful of your praise — so keep thanking Him for your present circumstances. God is mindful of your words — use them wisely. God is mindful of your storm — He will see you through. God is mindful of your timetable — nothing is ever too late with HIM. God is mindful of your mourning — He will comfort you. He has heard your secret cries also, but He is such a good God that He is also available to turn your tears to joy.
You might have been getting hit with more intense depression and anxiety lately, but God is mindful of your motive — so forgive those that have pushed you to this wall that you are in. God is mindful of your pain — He will heal you in due time. God is mindful of your family, and He is mindful of your finances. Today is a new day, awake your faith — God is mindful of your thoughts. Stop talking about your mountain, speak to it and start climbing one step at a time.
This is my letter for you today — it’s time for you to heal! It’s time for you to take a good look in the mirror. It’s time for you to forgive YOU! It’s time to forgive and let go of people who hurt you. It’s time for you to walk away — nobody’s going to feel your pain when all is done. It’s time for you to walk in the authority that Jesus Christ has delegated to you. It’s time for you to stop waiting for the one that God is trying to save you from! It’s time for you to move on. It’s time for you to look forward and see what God has prepared for you. It’s time for you to be happy and as you delight in Him through these words today, may you continue to discover fresh new vistas of hope and joy. May God, our loving Father, draw you ever nearer and smile upon you as you pray His Word and His promises back to Him. May this chapter of your life bring you closure every awful experience, closure to what’s been traumatic, closure to who you are not and what or who no longer serves you.
