Get Yourself Together

I just wanted to remind you, Dear Someone, that one day, you will smile again like you’ve never been hurt. That one day, you will know what they did for you and to you and thank God they happened. Quit complaining and count your blessings one by one, especially the things you take for granted — one day, you will understand that all the NO’s had to happen in order to lead to the YES.

Not Everything You Lose Is A Loss

Dear Someone,

This letter is for you, you that have chosen to love in silence just because you find no rejection in it. You whose friendship, love, help, and service was rejected and left with more scars. This letter is for you, you that have rejected yourself because of your looks and self-destructive thoughts.

God’s Got You

Dear Someone,

If you are one of those who wakes up every day wishing that a smile will come to you naturally, this letter is for you. I don’t know what’s causing that heavy burden in your heart or why you feel so much tired, depressed, lonely, and unloved. I also don’t know why it seems to you like nothing is adding up but whatever it’s that is causing you to have these bad feelings, rest and know that God is not surprised at your situation. It may not feel like it right now but there is an expected end for you. God will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. Hold your faith in that situation today knowing that help is on the way for you (see Hebrews 13:5).
