Get Yourself Together

I just wanted to remind you, Dear Someone, that one day, you will smile again like you’ve never been hurt. That one day, you will know what they did for you and to you and thank God they happened. Quit complaining and count your blessings one by one, especially the things you take for granted — one day, you will understand that all the NO’s had to happen in order to lead to the YES.

Dear Someone,

This letter is for you, you that is asking yourself what to do when there is nothing else left to do. You that have come to the end of the road and doesn’t know what to do yet can’t let go. You that the road before you seems so narrow and you can’t see any future ahead. This letter is for you, you that’s feeling like all the things that gave you hope are being snatched away. God’s Got You

Dear Someone,

If you are one of those who wakes up every day wishing that a smile will come to you naturally, this letter is for you. I don’t know what’s causing that heavy burden in your heart or why you feel so much tired, depressed, lonely, and unloved. I also don’t know why it seems to you like nothing is adding up but whatever it’s that is causing you to have these bad feelings, rest and know that God is not surprised at your situation. It may not feel like it right now but there is an expected end for you. God will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. Hold your faith in that situation today knowing that help is on the way for you (see Hebrews 13:5).

Let Go And Let God

Dear Someone,

This letter is for you, you whose love is not accepted, given any attention and being rejected. This letter is for you if the hardest thing in your life right now is letting go of what you thought was real. I know how much you hate long letters and how pressed you are for your time but I wish you would read this.

Be Careful And Think Intently

Dear Someone,

I saw your email and I am so proud of you and what you have reached by yourself. Your perseverance and strength despite problems, criticisms, and gossip are worthy of admiration. Now that you have known how to get ahead and be stronger than ever before, I am writing to you today in a duality of purpose. First is to let you know that every day is a new day with new difficulty and opportunities. Not everything and not every drama around you deserves your time and attention. Times are changing and it has become very necessary that you do whatever you can to live a very good life so that your nights won’t be full of regrets. You have to become careful with what you say because your words have incredible power! Use them right otherwise you will be snared by them (Proverbs 6:2).

Live Mindfully

Dear Someone,

This is my first letter to you this year and by far the longest. You are going to need to read it twice because I want you to stop looking back at 2018 and most especially your life and weeping uncontrollably. I sent you several letters last year reminding you never to let yourself stay sad and to understand that by leaving behind your old self and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, you will find out what you are truly capable of becoming.

Forgive Yourself And Begin Again

Dear Someone,

This letter is for you, you that is looking back at your life in regret instead of looking forward. You that is looking back at your life and can’t identify the person that you have become. You that is looking back at your life and realizing that in a quest of making everyone around happy, you have lost yourself. For everyone that’s looking back at their lives and seeing a series of mistakes and sins, for everyone that’s looking back at 2018 and thinking that 2019 will just get worse up the same, this letter is for you. I don’t know if you are a follower, but I am glad you stumbled on this letter. It’s also a letter for me, to realize how much I have done and what I have become.
